We’ve offered ozone therapy for over 6 years, and blood ozone is the one people ask me about most.

Medical ozone is oxygen (O2) combined with ozone (O3). In a blood ozone infusion, we draw a small amount of your blood (about 100 ml), mix it with ozone, and return it to you through the IV. It takes about 25 minutes added to another infusion, or 30 to 45 minutes on its own.

Ozone is known for its antimicrobial (germ-fighting) properties. Most people who come in for it feel something coming on. They’re run down and want extra support early, before it settles in. Most people do a series, and your provider will recommend how many sessions and how often.

Every patient is pre-screened first. Ozone isn’t a fit for everyone, including pregnancy, bleeding disorders or low platelets, a recent heart attack or stroke, and uncontrolled hyperthyroidism.

Blood ozone is our October special. Call the clinic at (563) 284-2422 to get scheduled today.

Ozone therapy is not FDA approved to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. It does not replace care from your primary care provider or specialists.
