Move your body, bond with your little one, and be in community with other moms in a supportive space.
We’ll start with a Baby & Me Yoga class, followed by a Toddler & Me Yoga class.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it, but it’s not required. Additionally, for the Baby & Me class, we encourage you to bring a blanket for babe. Come ready to move, breath, connect, and play!

Baby & Me Yoga
Ages: 6 weeks – 1 year
9:15 – 10:00 AM

Toddler & Me Yoga
Ages: 1 – 3 years
10:30 – 11:00 AM

Class fee: $25 per mama, per class.
