Molecular Level Immune Support

Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy (SOT)

SOT uses custom-synthesized DNA or RNA fragments precisely matched to your own lab results, designed to interrupt unwanted replication signals and support your body's immune regulation. Not a drug. Not an antibiotic. A molecular communication tool created uniquely for you.

Why SOT Is Different

Molecular Precision,
Personalized to You

Unlike broad-spectrum antibiotics, SOT is synthesized specifically from your own lab results. Each treatment is a one-of-a-kind molecular sequence. There is no generic version of this therapy.

4–6+

Months of ongoing immune support from a single infusion.

1

Unique oligonucleotide sequence synthesized just for you.

What exactly is SOT?

SOT (Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy) works at the molecular level. A specialty lab synthesizes short sequences of DNA or RNA (called oligonucleotides) custom-matched to specific genetic sequences found in your own test results.

“It’s not a drug, antibiotic, or herbal remedy. It’s a molecular communication tool created uniquely for you.”

These oligonucleotides are designed to interrupt unwanted replication signals, supporting your body’s own immune and regulatory processes without disrupting your microbiome or requiring ongoing pharmaceutical use.

A single slow IV infusion provides immune support that continues working in your body for 4–6+ months from one treatment session.

Custom-Synthesized

Your oligonucleotide is synthesized by RGCC lab based on your unique pathogen DNA results. No two treatments are identical. This therapy is made for you alone.

Non-Pharmaceutical

SOT does not alter your microbiome, broadly suppress your immune system, or require ongoing dosing. It works with your body's existing processes, not against them.

IV Administered

The treatment is delivered via slow IV infusion under clinical supervision here at our clinic, in a single, comfortable session.

Lab-Guided Eligibility

Eligibility requires confirmed pathogen testing. Our primary testing lab is Vibrant Wellness. Any recognized, accredited U.S. lab result within 6 months is accepted.

The Process

From lab results to Personalized Therapy

Every step is designed around your unique biology. Here’s what to expect from your first consultation to the months of ongoing support that follow your infusion.

01

Lab Testing & Consultation

We review your health history and order pathogen DNA testing through Vibrant Wellness, or confirm your existing accredited lab results. Blood or urine is collected and sent to RGCC.

02

Custom Oligonucleotide Design

RGCC synthesizes a unique oligonucleotide sequence matched precisely to the pathogen DNA found in your sample. This is your personalized molecular tool, created only for you.

03

IV Infusion at Our Clinic

Your SOT is administered via slow IV infusion under clinical supervision. You relax comfortably in our spa-like environment while the infusion is delivered in a single session.

04

Ongoing Monitoring & Support

SOT continues supporting your immune regulation for 4–6+ months. We pair this with lifestyle, drainage, detox, and nervous system strategies throughout your healing journey.

Conditions SOT can address

SOT is available for a range of viral infections and the complex bacterial organisms associated with Lyme disease. Eligibility is always confirmed by your provider based on lab results.

When multiple
infections are present

Patients with complex Lyme presentations often carry multiple co-infections. Our providers follow a clinically guided sequence to maximize immune recovery and treatment outcomes.

01

Bartonella: First

Addressed first when present. Bartonella can hide in the lining of blood vessels and affect the nervous system, so our protocol calms it down before moving on to the next round.

02

Babesia: Second

If Babesia is present and additional SOT sessions are feasible, it is typically addressed next. Babesia lives inside red blood cells and can keep fatigue and immune burden high.

03

Borrelia (Lyme): Third

Borrelia is addressed in the third round when resources allow, once the co-infections that can complicate recovery have been addressed first.

04

Viruses: Last

Once tick-borne bacterial infections are addressed, viral co-infections (EBV, CMV, HHV6, etc.) are then targeted as the final layer of the protocol.

Is SOT right for you?

You've experienced chronic, persistent symptoms despite other approaches, with lab-confirmed pathogen involvement.

You're sensitive to pharmaceutical treatments or prefer a non-antibiotic, non-pharmaceutical route to immune support.

You've reached a plateau in your healing and want to explore a precision-based, targeted molecular approach.

You want a plan guided by your own lab results rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.

SOT is not appropriate for everyone. Eligibility is always determined by your provider based on lab results, health history, and current goals. Schedule a consult to find out if you qualify. We’ll review your case with care and thoroughness.

    Your Journey with

    The Health Spa

    Compassionate, Whole-Person Care

We pair SOT with drainage support, detox strategies, and nervous system care. Molecular therapy works best when the whole body is supported. That’s the Vive approach.

    Transparent, Lab-Guided Protocol

Every step is guided by your actual results. We explain what we’re seeing, why we’re recommending a specific SOT target, and what to expect before, during, and after your infusion.

    Expect an Initial Adjustment Phase

Most SOT patients experience roughly a month of mild flu-like symptoms as the therapy begins working. This is normal, expected, and a sign the oligonucleotide is active in your system.

    Ongoing Monitoring

We follow antibody titers and PCR testing to monitor your progress across the 4–6+ months of immune support following your infusion, adjusting your overall protocol as needed.

    SOT questions

What is SOT (Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy)?

SOT is a custom sequence of DNA or RNA fragments that the RGCC lab makes from your own lab results. It is given as a single slow IV infusion at our clinic in Peosta, near Dubuque.

Do I need testing before SOT?

Yes. SOT needs a confirmed pathogen result from a recognized, accredited U.S. lab within the past 6 months. Our primary testing lab is Vibrant Wellness, and we can order the testing for you.

How much does Lyme SOT cost?

    Lyme SOT starts at $3,250.

    Is there a free consultation?

Yes. We offer a free consultation to answer your questions, review your health history and see if these therapies are right for you. Call (563) 284-2422 to get started.

What should I expect after an SOT infusion?

Most SOT patients have roughly a month of mild flu-like symptoms as the therapy begins working. We follow antibody titers and PCR testing over the 4 to 6+ months after your infusion.

Do I need to stop anything before the SOT blood draw?

Yes. The blood draw needs 14 full days off EBOO, ozone and antimicrobial therapies. We will walk you through the timing.
