Lyme SOT & Q-REstrain
A Personalized Precision Therapy for Lyme Disease & Tick-Borne Infections
For some patients, Lyme disease becomes much more than an acute infection. Persistent symptoms may continue long after the initial tick bite, especially when co-infections such as Bartonella, Babesia, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma, or other pathogens are involved.
Our Lyme SOT (Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy) program combines advanced laboratory testing with personalized RNA interference technology to create a treatment designed specifically for your identified infection.
Unlike generalized antimicrobial approaches, SOT is customized to your individual pathogen profile.
What is SOT?
SOT uses RNA interference (RNAi) technology. A blood sample is sent to RGCC International, who identify the exact gene sequence the targeted pathogen needs to survive.
They manufacture a custom oligonucleotide — a tiny synthetic molecule — that silences that specific gene, shutting down the pathogen’s ability to replicate. Once infused, it circulates and works for 3–6 months.
Think of it as a custom “off switch” — made from and matched to the patient’s own blood.

Why Accurate Testing Matters
Many patients with chronic Lyme symptoms also have one or more co-infections. Because symptoms frequently overlap, identifying the organisms involved is an important step in determining the most appropriate treatment approach. Your provider will recommend laboratory testing based on your history, symptoms, and previous testing.
