These Terms of Service govern your use of thehealthspa.com and the services provided by VIVE IV THERAPY LLC, doing business as The Health Spa by Vive IV Therapy (“The Health Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical advice, it does not create a provider and patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified provider who knows your history.

Who can use our services
Our services are available to adults 18 and over. Minors may be seen with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Some services require a consultation and provider approval before they can be scheduled. We may decline or discontinue a service when it is not clinically appropriate for you, and we will tell you why.
Appointments, deposits, and cancellations
Some services require a deposit at the time you book online. That deposit is applied to the cost of your visit.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and for missed appointments, may not be refunded.
If you need to change an appointment, call us at (563) 284-2422 and we will do our best to find you another time.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Most of our services are not covered by insurance. We will tell you what something costs before you commit to it, and we will tell you plainly whether insurance is involved.
Specialty laboratory testing ordered through us is billed by the laboratory under its own pricing and terms. Whether any of it is covered depends on your individual plan and your deductible, and that is between you and your insurer. We will always tell you what we know, and we will not promise you a number we cannot control.
Products and supplements
Products purchased from us are for personal use. Follow the directions on the label and check with your provider before starting anything new, especially if you take prescription medication or are pregnant or nursing. Product returns are handled case by case, so call us and we will sort it out.
Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number and consent, we may text you about your appointments and, separately, about promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Your use of this website
You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that attempts to gain access to areas you are not authorized to reach, or that involves scraping or automated collection of content without our written permission.

The text, images, logos, graphics, and other content on this website are owned by VIVE IV THERAPY LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish them for commercial use without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dubuque County, Iowa.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
